Safari with a twist is Wanderer's wild life special featuring up close and personal experiences in Kenya's famous National parks. First stop is Naivasha for birding, night game drives and boat safaris to view Hippos. Next, we have planned a day’s visit to the Nakuru Park. Located on the floor of the Great Rift Valley, surrounded by wooded and bushy grassland this Park is famous for birding, giraffes and rhinos. From Nakuru we will fly you into the Mara by a Cessna aircraft - yeah, that's your day's chartered flight. You might even see the marsh pride from up above. The Masai Mara National Reserve is considered Kenya’s best park and one of Africa’s highest wildlife density region for predators. With two game drives a day and a very special walking safari with expert guides you will not go home disappointed.
Head to the park with a picnic lunch and watch the Rothschild Giraffe, the Black Rhino and white Rhino. Lions, Waterbuck, Buffalo and Baboons are all resident here.
Take a boat ride to Lake Oloiden stretches for about 5 square kilometres and is a breeding ground for the common and white necked cormorants. This Lake is a home to approximately 7 families of Hippos.
The Governors’ Camp Collection comprises of 7 Award Winning luxury safari camps and lodges and is known for its personalised service. But most importantly they are known for their exceptional training of their safari guides which is the main reason we have partnered with them for our wild life safari special. The camp setting is magical and the wild life is not far but can literally be at your door step.
3 days of full safari - albeit of different kinds. Kenya is the home of the safari, with good reason: a breathtaking panoply of East Africa’s wildlife exist here, and the Masai Mara and the adjacent conservancies are home to much of it, including some 300 species of birds, the sought-after “big five,” and so much more.
Take a walking safari with experienced and qualified naturalists for the true thrill of the bush. Down on the same level as the animals, you will experience the untamed beauty of the Mara.
Stay at a colonial farm, Loldia House your boutique hotel at Naivasha. It is an old traditional settler’s farmhouse located in the Great Rift Valley, on the shores of Lake Naivasha, ideal for visiting the millions of flamingos and abundant rhino residents in the picturesque Lake Nakuru National Park.
Get a bird's eye view of the Savannah and watch all the herd action or get thrilled by a chase (if you're lucky!) from the best angle.
